: 3D Visualizer expert in using 3D modeling software's like SketchUp and 3D Max. With skills in rendering software's Lumion, Vray and Enscape, to create Architectural facade design renderings to present to client. Presenting the plans and architecture concepts by using photoshop and similar softwares. Develop and execute appropriate designs for projects Keen understanding of the product / events brand positioning and target audiences Development of concept lighting design though planning, sketching and rendering Development and completion of the drawing package Review shop drawings and submittals Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and narratives through 3D software and hand sketches Create designs and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts Creating plans, program development, space planning, finish boards, working/installation drawings, color palette and plan reviews in collaboration with the team Requirements: Must have atleast 3 years of UAE experience on the said position. Must have strong knowledge in 3dmax or Sketchup, Vray, lumion, corona, d5 or any other strong rendering softwares. Additional 3D software skills are valued Proficiency in AGI or other lighting design software a plus Strong layout and design skills Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
