An Interior Fitout Company in Dubai with over 3 years of experience. Providing design and turnkey interior fit-out contracting services for retail, restaurant, offices, hotels, homes, and more.

During this challenging journey of evolution, we have completed several interior fit-out projects covering all aspects of design and construction from start to finish. We've our production facility located in Al Qusais, Dubai which multiplies our capabilities to serve clients with premium quality outcomes.

We're looking for a professional 3D Visualizer/Renderer/ Graphic Designer /Architect / Digital Artist with 5+ years of experience with exceptional interiors exteriors concept design, 3D illustration and post-production skills to join our studio in Dubai to join immediately.

About the Role

•Who You're and What You'll Do •

Conceptualize and sketch design.

• Outline client design objectives.
• Professional/ knowledgeable in all design software as mentioned above and hands-on skills/speed on software.
• Good material knowledge / (library of finishes in software) & sources of finishing materials.
• Have a professional eye for detail

Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations and have knowledge of related visualization and photo realistic rendering techniques.

•What You'll Bring •

• Degree or equivalent in Design or equivalent in a related field, preferably architecture. Graphic design is an strong advantage.
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision, self starter and very disciplined to achieve deadlines.
• Experience At least 5+ years as an architectural and interior 3D Visualizer in an international environment.
• Fluent with 3D Modelling in 3D studio Max and Corona Renderer.
• Fluency in developing concept design, to interpret architectural design from 2D drawings.
• CAD skills ability to amend plans and elevations and develop 3D models from 2D information.
• Experience with post-production in photoshop.
• Experience with creating 3d walkthrough animations.
• Knowledge of VR | AR applications such as UNREAL ENGINE is a big plus.
• Familiar with all phases and process of design and construction.
• Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing).
• Highly motivated, self-guiding.
