Position: 3D Visualizer

Position Overview.

We are looking for a 3D Visualizer, a skilled professional responsible for creating captivating and realistic visual representations of interior spaces, products, or concepts using the latest computer software's. They combine artistic talent with technical expertise to produce high-quality visualizations that communicate ideas effectively to clients, management, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities.

Visualization Creation: Develop visually appealing 3D renderings, animations, and virtual tours of architectural designs, interior spaces, products, or concepts.

Modeling: Create accurate 3D models of objects, environments, and architectural elements based on provided blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions

Material and Texture Application: Apply appropriate materials, textures, and lighting to 3D models to achieve realistic effects and desired visual outcomes.

Rendering: Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings using rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar tools

Quality Assurance: Review and refine visualizations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives and specifications.

Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, designers, drafters, and other stakeholders to integrate 3D visualizations seamlessly into the design and development process.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge, and techniques through training, self-study, and industry research.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or related field.

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, or Blender.

Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality work.

Familiarity with architectural design principles and terminology is a plus.

Experience with animation software and video editing tools is an advantage.
