Job Description
We are looking for a 3D visualizer generally to perform and have the below, main focus is for individuals to have experience with \'AI\' programsResponsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Create 3D models of architectural projects from blueprints, sketches, and other reference materials.
- Apply textures, materials, and lighting to create realistic and visually appealing renderings.
- Set up and render high-quality images and animations using V-Ray.
- Create 3D walkthroughs and animations to showcase the design intent and functionality of the projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure the visuals align with the project vision.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in 3D visualization software.
- Meet deadlines and adhere to project budgets.
- Working Experience with the AI programs that are utilized for 3D Visualization (Unreal, unity 3D, blender, tensorflow)
- Bachelor\'s degree in architecture, design, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with other 3D visualization software a plus (e.g., SketchUp, Revit)
