Who We Are: An Interior Design and Fit-Out Company in Dubai with over 33 years of experience. Providing design and turnkey interior fit-out contracting services for retail, restaurant, offices, hotels, homes, and more. We're looking for a professional 3D Visualizer with exceptional interior exterior concept design, 3D illustration and post-production skills to join our studio in Dubai to join immediately. if you craft 3D renders that seamlessly blend with real pictures then apply. What Youll Bring
- Expertise in 3D Modeling using 3D Studio Max, and Corona rendering.
- Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric 3D modeling (a plus).
- Proficient in post-production using Photoshop.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and editing software (e.g., After Effects).
- Knowledge of VR | AR applications such as UNREAL ENGINE is a significant plus.
- Professional knowledge and hands-on experience (4+ years) in design software, including 3D Studio Max, Corona, TwinMotion, Enscape, Lumion, V-ray.
- Proficient in creating 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.
- Proficient in CAD with the ability to amend plans and elevations, develop 3D models from 2D information.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision, self-starter and be very disciplined to achieve deadlines.
- Knowledge of VR | AR applications such as UNREAL ENGINE is a big plus.
- Familiar with all phases of design and construction.
- Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing).
