Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and versatile 3D Visualizer cum Interior Designer to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision and technical skills to design and visualize engaging and functional interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both interior design and 3D visualization, bringing concepts to life with detailed 3D models, renders, and design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interior Design:

• Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts based on client requirements, trends, and functional needs.
• Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, and design layouts.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

2. 3D Visualization:

• Produce high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders of interior spaces.
• Develop visualizations that accurately represent design concepts, including lighting, textures, and materials.
• Create 3D animations or walkthroughs to showcase design ideas effectively.
• Utilize industry-standard 3D software and rendering engines (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Corona).

3. Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing both interior design projects and 3D visualization work.

4. Skills:

• Proficiency in interior design principles and practices.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max).
• Experience with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, 3Ds Max, Rino).
• Ability to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and design layouts.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with clients and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
