Responsibilities


• Create high-quality 3D renderings using Lumion, 3D Max, and SketchUp.
• Produce and edit videos with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Prepare base models using CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ensure realistic lighting, materials, and textures in renderings.
• Interpret architectural plans to create detailed visuals.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure design accuracy.
• Present design concepts and renderings to clients and team members.
• Solve technical issues related to rendering software.




Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in 3D rendering and visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software (Lumion, 3D Max, SketchUp).
• Strong video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona) is a plus.
• Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in-office.
