Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality 3D motion graphics for various media, including television, film, advertising, and digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of motion design principles, advanced 3D software proficiency, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Motion Graphics Design:
• Create high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations for various projects.
• Develop visually compelling graphics that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Work with a variety of media, including video, animation, and interactive content.
• Concept Development:
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to develop concepts and visual styles.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Create storyboards and style frames to communicate design concepts.
• Technical Execution:
• Use advanced 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender) and compositing tools (e.g., After Effects, Nuke) to execute designs.
• Implement lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques to enhance visual quality.
• Ensure that all motion graphics are optimized for various platforms and devices.
