Must have a strong understanding of CAD software and be able to create detailed models and drawings.
Convert survey data into a layout design and drawings using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Revise 3D Models using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Manage all 3D content creation projects.
Spatial Data management, storage, filing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Create computer-aided designs (CAD) and models of products, components, and systems.
Use CAD software to create two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) drawings of objects and environments. Included, will be preparing animations or simulations to help visualize the design.
Work closely with Project Managers and other designers to create accurate models and drawings of products.
Quality assurance of 3D Models and data.
Maintain and host models online.
Maintenance and archive of Models generated for various clients.
Maintain and update all modelling software as needed.
Qualifications
Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Skills/ experience required
Extensive experience with CAD software and be proficient in various computer programs.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, sketches and / or 3D digital.
Oil and gas experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years in 3D modelling and/or 3D Sculpting.
Experience in data processing for land and topographical surveys.
