Job Description

The Role

• Develop and create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for interior design projects. o Collaborate with the sales team to conceptualize and realize design ideas through compelling visual presentations. o Transform 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and design concepts into photorealistic 3D models. o Produce detailed landscape drawings and site plans using industry-standard software. o Ensure visual consistency and alignment with project objectives and client expectations. o Work closely with Sales team, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver design solutions on time and within budget. o Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve visualization techniques.


Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in the UAE as a Graphic Designer or 3D Visualizer. o Proven experience in creating detailed and accurate landscape & Interior drawings. o Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools. o Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). o Solid understanding of interior and landscape design principles. o Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. o Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition. o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
