Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create 2D proposals to determine the scale and size of the models using AutoCAD and other software.

Develop high-quality 3D proposals/renders based on client specifications and project requirements.

Troubleshoot design and production issues to ensure high-quality output.

develop innovative solutions and creative designs and preparing presentations to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.

Maintain an organized workflow and meet project deadlines.

Keep up to date with industry trends, software, and technologies related to 3D design and model making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Architecture engineering or a related field.

Proficient in Arabic with strong English communication skills.

Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as 3DS MAX. basic knowledge in Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software is a plus.

Proficiency in rendering software and visualization techniques like VRAY, Corona. knowledge in other software is a plus.

Proficiency in 2D software such as AutoCAD, adobe illustrator...

The ability to use post-production software like Adobe Photoshop...

Strong understanding of scale and unites used in the client files and drawings. ensuring accurate proportions and dimensions when converting designs into physical models.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

knowledge in UI/UX design and wireframe for simple programs is a plus.

Experience in a model-making is preferred
