Sison J Luxury Interior Looking for 5 year UAE Experience Interior Architect

Responsibilities :

• Design Development :
• Conceptualize and develop interior layouts and design plans.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings, sketches, and design models.
• Select and coordinate color schemes, materials, finishes, and furniture to align with architectural designs.
• Technical Drawings :
• Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Material Selection :
• Source and specify materials, fixtures, lighting, furniture, and other interior elements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interior trends, sustainable materials, and innovative technologies.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Educational Background : Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency : Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3DS Max, Corona and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creativity & Aesthetics : Strong design sense with an eye for detail, texture, form, and color.
• Technical Knowledge : Understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations.
• Communication : Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills for presentations and client interactions.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to address design challenges creatively and pragmatically.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
