We are URGENTLY HIRING for a 3D DESIGNER , WITH AN EXPERIENCE in EVENTS/EXHIBITIONS industry.

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic team specializing in the design and development of immersive and impactful 3D experiences for events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of 3D modeling, animation, and visualization techniques, with a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceptualization & Design:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project briefs, identify design requirements, and develop creative 3D concepts.
• Translate abstract ideas into compelling 3D visualizations, including architectural renderings, product showcases, and interactive experiences.

3D Modeling & Texturing:

• Create high-quality 3D models of exhibits, displays, and interactive elements using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender).
• Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the visual appeal and realism of 3D models.

Animation & Visualization:

• Create engaging 3D animations and visualizations to showcase exhibit designs, product demonstrations, and event experiences
• Utilize animation techniques to bring 3D models to life and create dynamic and interactive presentations.

Virtual & Augmented Reality (VR/AR):

• Explore and implement VR/AR technologies to enhance the exhibition experience, such as interactive 3D walkthroughs, virtual product demonstrations, and immersive storytelling.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of 3D designs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling, animation, and rendering software and technologies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and technical considerations for event and exhibition design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Game Art, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: 5 years of professional experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, or related fields.

Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) and strong knowledge of rendering and animation software.

Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of 3D modeling principles, lighting, texturing, animation, and rendering techniques.

Creative Skills: Strong creative problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling 3D visualizations.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and project stakeholders.

PORTFOLIO: A strong online portfolio demonstrating a high level of skill and creativity in 3D design for events and exhibitions.

BONUS POINTS:

• Experience with VR/AR development and implementation.
• Knowledge of exhibition fabrication and construction processes.
• Experience with project management software.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
