: 3D Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Summary:

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience in independently handling projects and corresponding with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of liaising with property management companies such as Emaar and Dubai Holding Asset Management. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency in 3D design software, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. 3D Design and Visualization:

- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.

- Develop detailed visualizations that align with client requirements and project specifications.

- Utilize 3D design software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) to produce realistic representations of designs.

2. Project Management:

- Independently manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions that exceed their expectations.

- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., architects, engineers) to integrate 3D designs into overall project plans.

3. Client Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates.

- Present 3D designs and concepts to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing feedback and incorporating revisions as necessary.

- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in the design process.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the accuracy and quality of 3D models and renders, adhering to design standards and best practices.

- Conduct thorough reviews and revisions to refine designs and achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.

5. Industry Liaison:

- Collaborate with property management companies such as Emaar and Dubai Holding Asset Management to understand their design requirements and standards.

- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in 3D design technology, incorporating innovative techniques into design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

• 4 to 5 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the UAE market with exposure to property management companies.

• Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D design projects and visualizations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
