Job Title: 3D Designer for Landscaping Work

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and visualizations of landscaping designs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to develop conceptual ideas into practical and visually appealing designs.
• Produce renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide creative input and technical expertise to enhance the overall quality and feasibility of landscaping projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in 3D design software and landscaping techniques.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, including cost estimates and material specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in landscaping or related fields.
• Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in architecture, Landscape Design, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
• Experience in creating realistic renderings and visualizations of outdoor spaces.
• Knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed 3D models.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
