Job SummaryIn this role as Senior 3D Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing 3D graphics and visualizations for a wide range of projects. You will leverage your exceptional 3D design skills and industry knowledge to bring innovative and engaging solutions to life.Key Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for 3D design projects and high-quality renderings of 3D designs for presentations.\xc2\xb7 Take an idea or brief and interpret it into a fully-fledged visualization, from drafted illustrations to 3D renderings, creating designs for the experiential event space, ranging from but not limited to entire events, event activations, exhibition stands, mall and location pop-ups.\xc2\xb7 Work on multiple projects while meeting client deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of 3D elements into projects and contribute creative and innovative solutions to design problems, pushing the boundaries in 3D design space.\xc2\xb7 Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and online communities to stay connected with the 3D design community and remain informed about emerging trends and technologies.\xc2\xb7 Create technical drawings to support the fabrication process when needed.\xc2\xb7 Adjust your design as necessary based on the client\'s needs.\xc2\xb7 Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development.\xc2\xb7 Conduct research when necessary to support visuals and maintain a structured and orderly file system.\xc2\xb7 All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.Job Specification\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the events industry\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio\xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of industry-standard modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Corona)\xc2\xb7 Excellent creativity and artistic skills\xc2\xb7 An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting\xc2\xb7 Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude\xc2\xb7 An unmatched eye for detail, Time management and multitasking abilities\xc2\xb7 Ability to take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.\xc2\xb7 Having a cooperative and collaborative attitude\xc2\xb7 Motivate and display professional attitude to inspire other team members.\xc2\xb7 Ability to be flexible and hands-on during high stress.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in architecture, Fine arts, or Design and Unreal engine skills are an added advantage.Organization Reporting RelationshipReporting to: Creative DirectorSubordinates:
