Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer & AutoCAD Drafter with experience in creating precise 3D models and technical drawings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AutoCAD , 3D modeling software, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) . This role involves designing and drafting detailed plans for construction and architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.

3D Design :

• Create 3D models for architectural, engineering, and construction projects using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or other 3D modeling tools.
• Visualize and simulate designs to support the development of detailed plans.
• Ensure designs meet all technical specifications and project requirements.

AutoCAD Drafting :

• Draft technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy, scale, and alignment with design specifications.
• Prepare and modify floor plans, elevation views, and other technical schematics.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to adjust drawings as needed.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ) :

• Assist in creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to outline project costs, material requirements, and quantities.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate measurements and cost estimations are reflected in the BOQ.
• Review specifications and drawings to derive accurate quantities of materials and work involved.

Collaboration & Communication :

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to refine and adjust designs based on feedback.
• Attend project meetings to discuss design modifications, cost estimates, and material specifications.

Quality Control :

• Ensure all designs and drafts comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain consistency and accuracy in all designs and drawings.

Documentation & Reporting :

• Maintain organized records of all project drawings, revisions, and related documents.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
