Join our dynamic team as a 3D CNC Designer specializing in automotive bumpers and off-road parts. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CAD modeling and CNC programming to design and optimize 3D models for the production of rugged and durable automotive components. Working closely with our engineering and production teams, you will play a key role in translating design concepts into precision-machined parts that meet our high standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of automotive bumpers and off-road parts using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software to ensure efficient machining processes and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine design concepts and incorporate functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing techniques to achieve desired performance and durability.
• Conduct simulations and tests to validate designs and ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of designs, revisions, and manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards throughout the design and manufacturing phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in CAD modeling and CNC programming, with a focus on automotive components, preferably bumpers and off-road parts.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Strong understanding of materials selection, manufacturing processes, and tool path optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
