3D CGI Artist & Visual Effects Specialist

We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D CGI Artist to join our creative team. As a 3D CGI Artist, you will be responsible for creating stunning and realistic 3D CGI models, animations, and visual effects. Your work will be utilized in various industries, including advertising, architecture, and automotives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with fellow artists, designers, and project leads to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative visions. Participate in discussions to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into larger projects.
• Oversee the full 3D pipeline from pre-production (conceptualization, modeling) to post-production (lighting, rendering, and final output) while ensuring all assets meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Work closely with designers, project leads, and fellow artists to integrate 3D assets seamlessly into larger projects. Engage with concept artists, character designers, and videographers to ensure alignment with the overall project vision.
• Contribute to projects in various sectors, with an emphasis on automotives and advertising, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to other styles and specifications.
• Utilize your skills in lighting, shading, and rendering to create visually compelling results. Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure smooth integration of 3D assets.
• Collaborate with and guide a small team of junior artists, providing assistance where needed to complete various aspects of the project.
• Manage your time effectively, track progress in tools like ClickUp, and communicate any potential delays while taking necessary measures to meet deadlines.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in 3D modeling, texturing, animation, and visual effects to continuously improve and innovate your skills.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure all assets adhere to proper version control, asset naming conventions, and other best practices.
• Actively participate in peer reviews, accept constructive feedback, and provide valuable insights to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Ensure all work complies with intellectual property laws, copyright regulations, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of industry experience as a 3D Artist, ideally with exposure to automotives and advertising projects.
• Strong skills in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender (V3+), CAD, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Unreal Engine. Experience with After Effects is advantageous.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your best work, including 3D models, animations, visual effects, and any other creative projects.
• Deep understanding of the full 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, rendering, and post-production.
• Solid grasp of animation principles, rigging techniques, and texturing for realistic and creative assets.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to adapt to various project styles while maintaining a high level of creativity and technical precision.
• Ability to work closely with a small team, independently or collaboratively, while maintaining open and clear communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Able to adhere to work with deadlines and budget restrictions.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience working in a remote team environment, using project management tools like ClickUp.
• Prior experience in advertising, automotive visualization, or architecture is highly advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
