3D Designer

to join our dynamic team and support our upcoming exhibitions.

Key responsibilities:

Design and/or deliver the projects visuals/renderings independently.

Administer creative control and provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.

Have a strong understanding of utilizing the latest design & presentation software and technology to deliver the project.

Develop a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.

Work closely with the design team to plan and visualize construction projects.

Present and explain visuals to the team and clients.

Ensure all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.

Create static visualizations and animations.

Work with industry-standard design tools and programs.

Visualize building concepts in various graphic mediums.

Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

A graphic background or similar certification / training would be desirable. Must be an expert in use of software

3Ds Max / Sketch up/ Corona / Vray / Sigershader / AutoCAD / Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and any other graphic or rendering software.

It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.

Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
