2D Interior Design Draftsman

We at Clevie Designs are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

2D Interior Design Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations based on design concepts and specifications. Assist with space planning and layout designs, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. Specify and incorporate materials, finishes, and fixtures into drawings, following designer and client preferences. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for construction, including wall partitions, lighting, furniture placement, and electrical/plumbing layouts. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the drawings align with the project vision. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations. Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts through accurate 2D visualizations for client review. Make revisions to drawings based on feedback or design changes. Occasionally assist with site measurements to ensure precision in design implementation. Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure correct execution of design plans.

Requirements:

Only applicants who submit portfolio will have a chance to have their application reviewed At least 2 years of experience Proficiency in 2D drafting software (AutoCAD). Strong understanding of interior design principles and spatial planning. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishes. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
