Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and optimize 2D design files for CNC and laser cutting.

Operate and maintain CNC and laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate and efficient cuts.

Work closely with model makers and designers to refine and adjust files as needed.

Select appropriate materials and settings for cutting processes based on project requirements.

Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.

Ensure quality control by checking cut pieces against design specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines.

Manage project timelines and workflow to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in 2D design software such as AutoCAD, and similar.

Experience operating CNC and laser cutting machines.

Strong knowledge of materials used in model making, including ABS, acrylic, and foam.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design files.

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Experience in a model-making or fabrication environment is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000\.00 - AED6,000\.00 per month

Experience:

• 2D design files for CNC and laser cutting: 2 years (Preferred)
