5-7 years of experience in sales and business development
Must have a driving license in Kuwait, with car is an advantage.
University Degree (IT, Computer Science, Business, Accountancy, Marketing) or any other UG degree
Language:
English (required)
Arabic (preferred)
Duties:
• Proactively pursue new business & sales opportunities
• Meet KPIs and sales targets
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop new client relationships
• Work with internal departments and Practice Managers to engage clients effectively
• Possess deep knowledge of firm’s solution and services offering
• Solve client problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of major clients
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand relationships with existing customers by increasing “share of wallet”
• Ensure service delivery after sale
• Communicate effectively between internal teams and customers
• Resolve all issues faced by customer in timely and efficient manner
• Prepare and send regular progress reports and forecasts to upper management
Skill Requirements and Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in IT Sales (Solutions & Services) and business development
• Experience in Account Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Capacity to work independently
