Support the daily business and assist in the execution of plans as required under the guidance of an experienced team member
Provide assistance on commission reconciliations, onboarding of advisors and allocating leads to the advisor
Conduct in-depth research, analyze data and/or operational issues, formulate recommendations and participate in the development and implementation of solutions
Prepare MIS and Power BI dashboards for the management team
Work individually and perform tasks as assigned
Quality Assurance:
Support with quality assurance tasks for Zurich Advisory Network (ZAN)
Client Services:
Meet customer requirements through processing a range of tasks encompassing the full product range.
Identify, build, and maintain excellent customer relationships and loyalty by supporting our customers via calls, emails, and web chats
Gain and demonstrate knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures to aid delivery of seamless customer service to our clients.
Demonstrate a flexible and co-operative approach towards changing business needs
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of customer service processes and systems to manager and colleagues
Governance:
Monitor and report any signs of money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes in line with Zurich\'s governance and controls
Report any suspicious activities or potential violations to supervisors
Investigate and analyze inaccurate or suspicious records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Collaborate with supervisors and authorities to address any compliance issues
Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by enforcing ethical standards and guidelines
Stay updated on the latest laws and regulations related to financial transactions and compliance
The Candidate
Valid residence visa within the United Arab Emirates
Open to fresh graduates or anyone who graduated within the past 12 months
Strong interest in developing a career within the insurance industry
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
