? Roles & Responsibilities
Develop precise 3D architectural models in Revit and 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD
Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to deliver coordinated project outputs
Prepare detailed construction drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts
Ensure all drawings align with construction standards, project specs, and UAE regulations
Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP teams to avoid clashes
Support site teams with updated drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation
Assist in quantity take-offs, drawing revisions, and documentation during construction stages
Maintain accuracy and quality while working under tight deadlines and multiple projects

? Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in
Revit and AutoCAD
, with hands-onconstruction project
involvementProven experience in
Gulf region architectural and construction projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and material specifications
Must be
currently in the UAE
and available tojoin immediately
Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field
Good communication and team coordination skills, both in design and construction phases
