Rabigh Power Company Rabigh Power Company (RPC) is O&M company to operate and maintain Rabigh IWSPP project. RPC provides all operation, maintenance and repair services for the plant as the O&M Contractor for RAWEC. The project is the utilities provider (power, water and steam) within the Rabigh Complex ' PETRORABIGH', the integrated refinery and petrochemical complex being developed by the joint venture of Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical of Japan.
