Mutual Marine Services Al Mushtaraka LLC The main business of the company is the management of marine claims on behalf of shipowners or other parties who are insured by the international 3rd party liability underwriters. Most of these insurance organisations are mutual and non-profit making. They are usually known as the P&I Clubs. The company in Dubai provides services in the UAE as well as Oman and Kuwait. It was established to provide a network and support centre for the whole group as well as to undertake the work of a P&I Correspondent in the local market. In addition we are the regional accounting office and invoice for problems arising in Sudan, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and Eritrea. As well as local staff; staff working in both the Saudi and Dubai offices may work on a problem in another country. We mostly invoice based on time spent; although we do also agree fixed fees in certain cases.
