We have leased more than 180.000 square meters of Luxury Factory Outlet Villages in Europe, North America and Far East, we have over 950 loyal brands in our portfolio, we possess a complete understanding of fashion distribution, from digital to wholesale, retail and outlet channels. From the original head offices in Lugano, Switzerland, we decided to expand and to reinforce our international presence through a joint venture with a Global Advisory firm, the PFC Group, opening one office in London, in order to strengthen our European platform and two new offices in Dubai and Singapore, establishing thus two new important hubs to nearby relevant and fast-growing markets.
